VRMNY is the largest retina practice in the entire New York Metropolitan area and one of the first to be established in the United States as a whole. The doctors of Vitreous–Retina–Macula Consultants of New York are leaders in the field who have been instrumental in the development of world–wide standards for treatment of medical and surgical retinal disease. The physicians have published literally thousands of journal articles and authored several of the major standard texts in the field. They are respected educators and frequently lecture across the country and in Europe and Asia.
