Several VRM Retinal Physicians Recently Named as “Super Doctors of New York”

Several of our VRM Retinal Physicians were recently named as “Super Doctors of New York”. This was announced in the New York Times Sunday Magazine on April 27, 2008.
Super Doctors identifies top doctors as chosen by their peers and through the independent research of Key Professional Media. Through a rigorous scientific and objective selection process, Key Professional Media (KPM) assists consumers with reliable lists of top-rated professionals.
Each year, Key Professional Media sends ballots to doctors, asking, “To whom would you refer a loved one or one of your patients for medical diagnosis and/or treatment?” Throughout the selection process, KPM interviews and corresponds with medical professionals to identify the top doctors in each practice area. KPM evaluates prospective candidates on indicators of peer recognition and professional achievement.
